I’ve returned to South Korea and this week I’ve done something different: I interviewed my friend Em, who was back in Korea just for the summer, on the subject of patbingsu.
Every summer my friends and I like to enjoy as many different patbingsu creations as we can. We call it the “Summer of Bingsu”. It was great to have Em back this year. ^__^ We ate a lot of patbingsu.
